Superintendent on a Los Angeles Koreatown area 130 Unit 9 story apartment Building project.   The construction is a five floor Type III wood framing over a single level of Type 1 living units above three Levels Type 1 Parking.  This non-prevailing wage project is almost property line to property line and presents the classic scheduling and logistic challenges that tight downtown Los Angeles infill projects present

General Superintendent on a San Diego area 379 Unit Apartment Building, four levels Type V Construction over two levels Type 1 Parking and separate 5,500 SF Recreation/Leasing Center. Non-prevailing wage located in Kearny Mesa, San Diego County W of CA 163 & S of CA 52.

This 750,000 square foot project gained a temporary notice of completion in 18 months (not counting rain delay) on the first 194 units and gained full electrical meter release of the remaining 185 units on the same day. Months ahead of schedule yet sadly I had to part ways with Cobalt when it could not secure future projects to contract.
